Terms and Conditions – p99 Platform Rules and Policies

1. Introduction

Welcome to p99 — an online gaming and entertainment platform accessible at p99.bar. p99 provides access to slot games, live casino, sports betting, fish games, bingo, betting markets and related services to eligible players in Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you (the player) and p99. They apply to every part of the platform including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, gameplay and any interactions with customer support.

These Terms are written in plain English so they are easy to understand. That said, plain language does not reduce their legal standing — these are binding terms that both parties are expected to follow. 2. Eligibility

To register and use p99 you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. p99 is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit any access or participation by individuals under the legal adult age.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on p99. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your real name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with any other person. p99 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by you sharing your credentials or failing to keep them secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

p99 may request supporting documents to verify your identity, age, address or payment method at any stage. These verification requests must be responded to in a reasonable timeframe. Accounts that remain unverified after repeated requests may be suspended.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on p99 — deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and game balances — are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion steps involved for Pakistani players.

p99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. Check your account payment section for the current list of active options.

• Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash or Easypaisa typically reflect in your p99 account balance within a few minutes of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfers and Raast may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Minimum deposit amounts: Minimum deposit values are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by method. These minimums exist to ensure transaction processing is efficient and cost-effective for all parties.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Requests submitted during standard operating hours are typically processed within a few hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers and Raast withdrawals may take longer. p99 does not guarantee processing times as these may be affected by factors outside the platform's control including banking system delays.
• Withdrawal conditions: Players must have completed at least one deposit and met any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal will be processed. p99 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending security or identity verification checks.
• Only your own funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that are not registered in your name, is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

p99 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside p99's control.

5. Bonus Terms and Promotions

p99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each bonus or promotion carries its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read before claiming any offer.

The following general bonus rules apply to all p99 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your account following a qualifying deposit and/or other stated actions. They do not have immediate cash value.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for most bonuses is stated on each promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specific multi-bonus terms are stated for a particular promotion.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets above the stated maximum during bonus play may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on p99 — including slot games, live casino tables, fish shooting games, bingo rooms and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules as well as these general platform terms. In all cases, the outcome of completed rounds and settled bets is final.

• Slot games: All slot outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. Game return-to-player (RTP) information is available within each game's help section.
• Live casino: Live casino games are conducted by real dealers and outcomes are final once the round is completed. Technical issues on the player's device or connection do not entitle a player to a refund of bets placed during a completed round.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on p99. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent a ban or suspension by registering on their behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with games, betting markets or the platform interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed exploit will be voided.
• Colluding with other players on live casino tables, sports betting markets or any other multiplayer context to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or funding your account with proceeds from fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
• Attempting to manipulate bonus systems through coordinated play, pattern wagering, or any strategy that does not represent genuine recreational gaming.
• Providing false identity information, falsifying verification documents, or misrepresenting your age.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that uses p99 as a vehicle for moving or obscuring funds of illicit origin.
• Abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour toward p99 staff or other players through any support or communication channel.

p99 monitors platform activity continuously. Accounts showing patterns consistent with prohibited conduct may be placed under review, during which time withdrawals may be temporarily held pending investigation. Players under review will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any final action is taken.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

p99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Confirmed underage access.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant. Dormant account policies are communicated separately.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance held may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for other reasons — such as player request or identity verification issues — the remaining balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method once all checks are complete.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact p99 support directly. Account closure requests are processed promptly and all pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be settled normally, subject to verification requirements being met.

10. Privacy and Data

p99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at p99.bar/privacy-policy. By registering on p99, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy as a companion document to these Terms.

Personal data collected during registration and platform use — including your name, mobile number, transaction history and gameplay records — is used for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and responsible gaming monitoring. p99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

p99 may share data with third-party payment processors, identity verification services and game providers strictly as necessary to operate the platform. All third parties engaged by p99 are required to handle data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

11. Limitation of Liability

p99 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes reasonable efforts to maintain uptime, game integrity and payment processing reliability. However, p99 cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and does not accept liability for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults or connectivity issues outside p99's direct control.
• Losses resulting from a player's own device failure, internet connection issues or actions taken by their network provider.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind arising from the use of the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by banking institutions, mobile wallet providers or other third-party payment infrastructure.

In all cases where p99 is found liable for a verifiable platform error, the maximum remedy is limited to the value of the bet stake involved in the affected transaction. Winnings projected from a malfunctioning round do not constitute a valid claim.

Online gaming carries inherent financial risk. p99 is not responsible for any financial losses a player incurs through normal gameplay, regardless of the amount. Players accept this risk in full by choosing to use the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

p99 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be informed via a platform notification or the email/mobile number associated with their account. The updated terms will take effect from the date stated in the update notice.

Continuing to use p99 after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
